Fast, efficient service and good quality ink. It does tend to be a messy replacement of an ink cartridge but overall not a bad yield. My printer complains about it not being an original cartridge and refuses to display a page count but as it costs a fraction of the original, I'm content.

It is pleasing to note the positive comments however my experience is not favourable. Approximately 2 months ago I took my Canon printer in for repairs. I was informed that there would be no charge for the assessment and that I would be sent a quote for the repairs or informed if it was worth repairing. To date I have received no feedback and on each occasion I phone I get informed that the person I dealt with was not in and that he would contact me as soon as he got in . Needless to say I still await a call to either tell me the cost of repair or if it is worth fixing

I received the best service ever, since I am in Eastern Cape I was a bit skeptical purchasing online. But I received the cartridge, but I had a bit of complications with my printer and cartridge, but the staff was more than willing to exchange, they even sent through courier another cartridge even before I sent the one I was returning back to them. The prices are affordable and the sales person was friendly.

The service here in my experience was pretty good. I arrived just before closing time and the service assistant rushed to ensure that I could have my cartridge refilled in less than 5 minutes.Very efficient and knowledgeable on printing technologies and they prepare you for challenges you might have following a refill.

I visited here mid November 2020, I needed a Canon printer cartridge filled, I was quoted more than R400 by others, Cartridge Emporium charges ,R180 and I waited the lower side of 5 minutes, efficient friendly service, they are visible from the road, Gabriel Road in Plumstead, if you have the need to re ink your printer cartridge, head in over to Cartridge Emporium, you will not regret it, I did and I don't.

Very friendly and trusting staff and quite helpful. Good prices compared to other places for generic cartridges. Last year I bought 8 cartridges from them and the card machine was offline, the assistant very trustingly told me to take the cartridges with me and that I could bring the cash up a bit later. I told him that he was very trusting and his answer was that if I steal from him then so be it. Being an honest person (as he would have had to pay over R2000.00 out of his pocket) I sent my daughter up with the cash money as soon as I got back home as I would not allow him to pay for it out of his own pocket. I subsequently went back and bought more from them when my ink ran out and I went there again this morning to purchase 4 more cartridges. Kudos to them. The assistant was supposed to get back to me about servicing my printer which he never did but I am not complaining as they were also busy at the time especially with the stres during the first few months of the lockdown ( I now understand that they do not repair or service printers but would appreciate it if they could recommend someone reliable

Well located and easily accessible cartridge shop. The friendly staff assisted me with my printer ink cartridge problem and even though the did not have stock of new cartridges they offered to refill the old ones. This was done on site while I waited and the old cartridges works a charm.Thank you for your great service.

The store although shows a simple layout display it carries 2 very vital things friendly front staff , and the pricing for a refill still it's reasonable and cheaper than big brand stores out their ,

When I did refill my inky and gone back home putting the inky back in the printer. Then the printer still say inky has run out without printing anything. So lucky I have to call back and I call the other cartridge shop. The explained to me and the printer started working perfect. So these guys here are not telling you what you must do when you put back the inky. I hope they will be explaining now to there customers.

Had my cartridges done there a few times... Received great friendly service from the staff..If theres any problems, it will be sorted fast and afficiantly... Keep it up guys
