They actually called back when I ran out if minutes trying to book an appointment, very impressed !

Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative.They made me feel right at home, Mama at the Front Desk was very helpful as well. I was literally in pain, crying when I walked in.He provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs.

Truly the best service.I love that you can make a booking other than the drag of a first come first serve basis and they honor your time as long you honor theirs too.Receptionists/assistants are so warm and welcoming. They see to it that you are comfortable throughout.Dr Ntetha is the first Dr I’ve ever felt completely comfortable with in my whole life. He is attentive and gentle, and gives advice for your overall oral care.I hate injections but it was hassle free. He's assistant Umama handles you with the best care you can possibly get. I loved that she attended to my needs without complaints.

Honestly the best service, I have ever had at a dentist's. Carring, listens well and asks relevant question, felt comfortable through the whole consultation, I strongly recommend .

I went in twice on 2 different days to enquire and the receptionist is so rude and impatient. She had the same unacceptable behaviour both days. The receptionist is supposed to be the friendliest and most helpful place of any institution. She was annoyed, I left with both my sons and searched elsewhere

Growing up I was always someone who battled with sore teeth and started visiting the dentist from a very young age. Each experience had it's own challenges and my last visit traumatized the hell out of me. I swore never to visit the dentist again. Recently my tooth broke and I went to Dr Ntetha. I was very scared and I made sure he knows. I literally received the BEST service ever!! I am recovering very well. I was assisted by someone who values his patients' experience. Thank you
