I purchased a Laptop here in August 2022, unfortunately there was a small issue with the display a few months later, when I went to return the laptop to claim under warrantee, Kirosha and Dawid took the laptop in to have it assessed by Apple. After a few days, Kirosha contacted me and said the laptop is ready for collection and fixed. What a wonderful experience and great service from the Galleria Branch. I have always been hesitant with Incredible in general, but somehow, Kirosha and Dawid have restored my faith, not only with Incredible Connection, but the JD group as a whole.

Very displeased with the advertised operating hours and the actual operating hours. The post on the front door as well as on the website indicate that they’re open today when in fact they’re completely closed. I live quite far from store so having to drive all this way for nothing is very disappointing

I must say the service from the team incredible connection Galleria it's marvelous.[1] The sales guys they help according to your needs they don't just push sales.[2] they're really helpful.[3] it's really nice to be assisted with a energetic good mood and with smile.[4] they have a right updated knowledge to give or to help customers.It's a really nice place to go to buy any gadgets trust me you will go home happy as a customer because of they are service.I would like to thank you the following guys for a good service they give,Philani, Densie, Andile, Rachel and the whole team.
