Don't bother to spend your money hear. This is my 11th time since opened. Living up country, having to turn off N1 to get quick nando's. But it has never been quick ever!!!!. Pathetic to say the least, minimum drive through waiting period 18min up to 46 min. Pathetic!!!!!!!. Don't even bother to find out why it's taking so long, you will be given a absolutely non business like, inappropriate,rude answer. Rather buy from the other Real! drive through fast food businesses next door or over the road, that is very good in all respects.

Ordered food afew minutes before leaving to Cape Town. Prego roll. It was dry no sauce and chips did not have salt or any spice. Discovered this while on the N1 highway. Please check the food before packing.

I ordered a cheese carnival wrap with extra avo and I received a wrap with NO CHEESE AND NO AVO!!!!!! Try to call them but get n call center so can't even complain directly to them SO USELESS!!!!!

The five stars is for the food . The drive thru is frustrating. No long queues as when they first opened. So not sure what the problem is .I have been countless times only to ha e to wait in the so called drive thru for a minimum of 25 minutes with only two cars in front of mine.Not functioning as they should .

Yes, you will wait a little moment for your food as it gets made when you order - it's definitely worth it for me, unless I am in a rush..I am usually very sceptical when trying fast foods.. But the highlight at this branch is the staff.. They are amazing, they are well trained and very friendly from the moment you walk in till you leave..I order the same exact thing everytime and from my own experience, never been disappointed.

Can finally get your Nandos fix when u visit Worcester! It was a sit down meal, our order was completely wrong and took a while with food coming in bits and drabs, was however sorted by the manager/owner. Please consider blinds on the one window as the afternoon sun is murderous.

The service was awesome and it has a nice atmosphere. But as I am not a lover a strong food the mild option was not too my liking as I don't like not tasting what I am eating. Lemon and herb at Nando's will always do it for me.

The drive-through service rendered a good service. I suppose you have to wait a bit and can't expect everything to be ready when you get to the last window. But the food was amazing as always. It's fully on point and worth the wait
