Their 24 hour tests are not 24 hours. Significant delays in getting results back to customers. Caused a friend of mine and I substantial issues.

Phoned on Monday morning(02/05/2022) and was told that Stellenbosch was open till 13:00, when arriving at 12:14, they were closed. What a waist of time and fuel, that us expensive now. Bad service and communication

Called the day before going in for my test to make sure that they would be open the next day (a public holiday). The lady at reception on the phone confirmed that they would be open the entire day. Drove there early in the morning and they were closed. The man at the Lancet Labs call centre couldn't tell me why they were closed since the Lancet Labs in Vergelegen & other areas were open. Waste of time, petrol & energy & unprofessional experience.

Called in advance to confirm that I could get tested with a passport for travel, that I didn't need an appointment, and that testing would take place throughout the day. The lady on the phone confirmed all this. We arrived at 13h09 only to be told that they don't test travellers after 13h00. When I told the lady I called ahead she said she couldn't help me and they would not make a concession. Please bear in mind that if you are travelling you have a limited window of opportunity to get tested (within 48 - 72 hours but long enough so you have your results before you leave). Very disappointing behaviour considering we are all trying to navigate a global pandemic.

Absolutely do not use their service! They will harass you with calls and emails non-stop, even if you have settled your account months ago. They even threaten to blacklist you for debt collectors, yet every attempt at proving the payment was made, was futile. Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration by not using their services.
