Shocking service. Do not repsond to emails. I have an outstanding query on where a gift card can be redeemed, and why this card is attracting fees, thus reducing the value that was gifted to me?

I am completely disgusted by the toxic environment of this company, it has been over 3 years of me no longer working for this company and they have left my phone number under Telkom Dobsonville Mall and I have begged them for years to remove it and they do not want to. When I call them directly to remove my number they refuse to remove it, when I leave a Google review they send me an automated response and block the ability for anyone to leave reviews. Beyond their toxic environment I had to experience whilst working for them they still continue to torture me for years after I have left.

I've never been treated so badly by a company ever. I was basically retrenched after not agreeing to sign a document that compromised my labour rights. The retrenchment process was horrible as well (they didn't even give me a proper 1 month notice). When it was my last day I did a handover of everything (the storage unit key with its contents and the office assets - my work laptop still had all my company documents on.Almost 2 months after being retrenched I get a message from one of the employees asking me to send weights and dimensions of the stuff in the storage unit etc and that he was advised by HR to ask me.So now today (about 4 months after being retrenched) I get a call from HR asking me about my promoter database. I still told HR that I sent it to my then promotions manager but since then she was retrenched as well. Then I was asked to forward the database to HR (keep in mind I do not have access to my work emails since I no longer work there) then I still told HR that all my work documents are on the work laptop that I gave back, unless they wiped the computer clean without looking what was on there (which would be silly if they did). The audacity to ask me these things after how they treated me during my retrenchment process and how they treated me during lockdown, after working there for 2 years. FYI I'm not the only employee they mistreated.I also found out after I was retrenched that they were claiming TERS on my behalf. Yet when I was still employed and asked if they applied for TERS the answer was no. I emailed Krivana Moodley (HR) about receiving my TERS payment and she had such a cheeky reply.

A really top class marketing agency. A dedicated, hard working team with all the know-how you would need from a below-the-line agency. They really do go beyond the call of duty to create unforgettable experiences.

I can't believe I worked for a company that would take such advantage of their people. I worked for The Sales Scientist better known as Retail insight and all I have had is issues. They deny you the opportunity to grow in the company because your direct line manager feels you give him better numbers then others so he won't let you grow out of his team, and upon finding out that you are pregnant they use it as an excuse to get rid of you. Our salaries were cut because we were told that it was due to COVID 19, and we were told to work from home during the lock down and told to risk our lives. We were forced to work mall operating hours and were told that we were allowed to take lunch, but if they came for store visits and found you out for lunch they would repremand you. When I stuck to all of this and eventually went to maternity leave and I find that I am denied my UIF benefits under the Labour department because The Sales Scientist is still claiming Ters for us. We were never informed that we could claim for Ters since our salaries were being cut. It is now November and I still cannot claim my benefits as the Department of Labour has informed me that the company I was working for is still claiming Ters for me even though my last day of work was the 30th of June 2020. I need help. I need my benefits as 5 months later I still cannot claim my benefits from the Department of Labour. This is disturbing as we worked for a Telkom franchisee and would like to know if Telkom is aware of the treatment we have been receiving from the people they have trusted with their brand.
