Love the tech support. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I have struggled with getting help after someone installed multiple antivirus in my laptop which caused slowness and glitches. This issue was resolved at HP Cresta

I bought my laptop at Clearwater Store, one year later my battery topped charging. The Clearware store has since closed and I had to take my laptop to HP Store Cresta.Josef at the store assisted me and the information he gave me was disappointingly not true.JOSEF told me that my laptop is still under warranty and if the store to send the laptop to Ensure IT Services it will take 14 to 21 days before I receive it back, but if I take it their myself it will be about 5 days to fix the laptop.Surprise, surprise. Ensure IT told me my warranty expired the day after I went to the store, and therefore, had to pay for the repair of the laptop myself which includes an upfront fee.I AM MOST DISAPPOINTED WITH THE INFORMATION, Josef could have explained this to me while I was in the store.

Went to the store yesterday to purchase a printer. The sales person, Bob, was most helpful and attentive. When about to pay, I'm informed that the card system was down and that I had to pay cash, which I didn't want to do. I asked him to keep the machine aside and it was agreed that I would come back today to pick it up, assuming the card system would be operative. To my surprise they sold it to somebody else and don't have any more stock in ztore. How is this for service?

The saleslady who offered to help me tuned out to be my worst nightmare- I have never experienced anything like this (except the previous time I wanted to look at what they offer - I was hoping that she would no longer work there based on her bad sales technique). It is like a tsunami of information on all the laptops on view at the same time. It is just too much!! My advice is avoid this outlet, don't go near it. I even ended up with a bleeding wound on my arm.
