They have good food here, portions quite generous. The hospitality is great, well done Bernie.We came on an autumn evening without a booking and they weren't too busy. The welcome was great, lookout for specials on their board.The ostrich I had was amazing and the pork ribs special on the nighy the most generous I have ever seen.

I want to sit here all day, great staff, great view, great food. Loved their duck fingers we tried their skewers since they are famous for it...their desert selection is enticing, you just want to stand there and have all of the offerings.

Ate here numerous times and each time enjoyed it. Today had the Mediterranean Fish Stew. Was amazing. As always had table with amazing view. Service was good friendly and quick as always. Area very is very charming. Come check it out. And check the spring water fountain in the courtyard. So they say it.

Great place for a drive out of the city experience. Beautiful surroundings and great view. Food was very good. Fresh pruducts and very well prepared. Staff friendly and well informed. Even though I do not enjoy beer I had the Blood serpent brew from Darling. The aroma of pine, citrus and floral was very enjoyable.

The venue is pretty as you get to look out over the town of riebeek, but the breakfast is average in flavor small in size and overpriced for what you get.
