Pick n Pay Mall@Reds

Be very careful when shopping here. Pick pocketers are all over. Today the security and store staff watched someone try and steal my phone and did nothing. Poor performance all around.

The store is full, it's month end and there is 5 tills open to help customers. Now my question is why do they have all those tills in the first place if they not planning to use it? It's really disappointing. I mean the store management knows month ends are always busy have casual staff available. Is it that difficult to realize you need more. Cashiers especially month end.You will have happy customers who will. Remember that you where the one shop who did some effort to make shopping easier month ends.

I wish i could give a 0 star but this pick n pay is one of the most pathetic stores ive ever seen. Lines by till points goes down the isles caise of no tills open. Sigarete counter never has anyone by the til so u have to stand in that long line just to buy a packed of smokes. My mood changes from happy to grumpy everytime i walk into that store. So i try and avoid it like cancer. The butchery. Oh my soul. Lets not even go there.

Friendly staff and found more than enough. The review of 5 stars was left 7 months ago.Today I am editing this down to 2 stars. In an emergency I tried their ASAP! delivery.And exasperated by the 30 minute delay as well as being invoiced. Before the delivery took place.ASAP! delivery from Mall@Reds. Never again. I received old and rotten goods with regards to the fruit.The Crafted Collection Mandarins have tight and dehydrated skins, the cells inside are telling of either a bad punnet received from the grower or left too long on the shelf. And pushed onto deliveries.The Apples we're GHASTLY. I will not return to this Pick 'n Pay ever again.Please see the photographs of their produce received via ASAP!

It's not a bad Pick and Pay. I used to shop here all the time. The only problem I have is that they are not stocked at all times with what you need. For example, I went there twice in one month for the Pick and Pay dish soap. On both occasions, they had nothing in the shelves.

Good stock levels most of the time. Cash register attendants efficiencies can be approved upon. How about automated payment points / systems ?

Im absolutely livid! This is the 3rd time in as many months that we buy from this store where something has gone off long before expiration. Last time it was processed cheese and butter and the time before that it was the meat. Now its the milk. How can I justify driving out again 26km to return this and back? Dont even try and use loadshedding as an excuse as all other shops have this issue but I've never experienced as much as with your store

Binging on snacks is the only comfort we enjoy in this freezing weather. Great veggie combo for cooking stew. Great service as well.

This store doesn't even deserve a one star rating. The day before yesterday me and my fiance went to this store to buy a few things. When we went to the till it looked like the lady was forced to be at work she didn't greet back and she would grab and throw the item's after paying I went to a different lady and asked her for R200 prepaid electricity and gave her the meter number. Her friend next to her who is also an employee she rolled her eyes at me. After paying for the electricity and taking the slip she immediately started playing on her cellphone. If you don't want to work or be at work give the job to someone that will appreciate it.

Pick and pays queues go past into the aisles and barely have tills open. Whatever happened to the rule of if theres more than 2 people in the queue
