The worst hair salon experience of our lives. Went there with my daughter for simple straight bob haircuts for both of us. She cut my daughter's hair very crooked with a 3cm difference between the left side and the right side. She cut mine 3cm too short and completely uneven throughout the length of my hair. Insisted that I needed to start using their products for my hair as my hair is falling a lot, but sold me whatever she had in stock even though it was not for my hair type at all...it made my hair limp and lifeless. When asked her to exchange the products for products better suited to my hair, she told me that she does not do exchanges so now am stuck with all these products that I can never use. Excellent salesperson with no honour or integrity. Said I could bring my daughter in to fix her cut, but I refused as they clearly have no skill at cutting hair and am not willing to take the risk at this place again. Didn't even apologize for messing up my hair so badly. Arrogant and full of themselves with no customer care after they receive your money. Please see pics attached.
