No issues experienced getting access, however person I visited wasn't happy with Balwin property and sold their unit. Balwin really dropping standards. Second Balwin property first was Whisken in Midrand.

Great environment with such secure and well maintained apartments here. Though it does not fell like a community an experience you tend to find with other complexes. It's also a bit cramped up from my opinion and more for individuals without families or just don't want alot of commotion.
