Good day,I am here again to write a review on the EL Panelbeaters. I had initially written a review where I outlined in detail my disatisfaction with regards to injuries that my vehicle had sustained when it was brought in for hailstorm damage repair.However, I am happy to come back here and indicate that all the things that I had raised on my initial review were fixed. The guys actually upheld their promise (even though it lingered for over 2 months) to order new parts and replace those that were damaged during the repair of the vehicle. So for that i want to express my gratitude, and also to commend the EL panelbeaters team for attending to the issue that was at hand.Below is my old review:I am glad to see that most of the reviews here are positive about the EL panelbeaters. However, if you take a close look at the reviews and try to carry out an analysis on them chronologically, you then begin to see that most of good 5 star rated reviews dates back to five years ago. Recent reviews indicate complaints and are given intermediate to low star ratings. Thus, this shows that they no longer adhere to whatever values they used to uphold.Unfortunately, I happen to be one of the recent customers whose vehicle was brought in for mild hail damage as per the insurance's recommendation. The vehicle sustained other injuries that included the breaking of rail caps, bonnet insulators and other damages during the REPAIR. When i picked the vehicle i noticed that there was something wrong with the fender liner as it had come off. I instantly brought it up for their attention. Even though they finally acknowledged, the initial response was diminishing though as it attempted to sway the blame and exempt themselves from the problem. Fastforward, I later discovered other damages as indicated above. When I brought that to their attention; they tried to deny it by fabricating false images that suggested that the vehicle was brought in with that forgetting that I was there when the car inspection was carried out and when pictures were taken. The fabricated photo had a lot of evidence to give away on my favour; I therefore re-called them from trying to be dishonest with me.I was then told to wait for the approval of the parts that are needed until to date

I had an excellent experience with East London Panelbeaters the job they did to my Polo was so great my car is up and running everything is so perfect, I did not believe its my car when came there to collect it, it was so beautiful everyone comes in there wanted to take a pic with my car..i'm happy with the work you did to my car. Bad service ever, wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, we still have a dispute against them. My mother's car was booked here for repairs by insurer, when the vehicle was ready for collection it was dirty inside and out had to fight with them to atleast clean the vehicle, white marks throughout the body, under coat still visible, fuel missing battery changed, the car stickers missing.

I reciently took my Porsche Cayman S to East London’s Panel Beaters to have stone chips repaired on the bonnet. The repaint only took 5 days, on receipt of the painted bonnet it was clear that the workmanship was of exceptional quality. Most importantly the grey metallic colour matched perfectly. Highly recommend, professional concern.

I have used EL Panelbeaters extensively in the past, for major repairs and touch ups, they have always exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and quality of work.
