There are a few till operators most of the times I shop there. Currently it's under renovations and they don't have most of the groceries

Just so thankful you guys got the problem with the scanning/ capturing of the rewards card off the Stocard App sorted out. I stopped using you because I don't carry my wallet with all my cards with me and didn't like to loose the discount benefits.

If I could give 0 star I wouldNot friendly short staffIf you are working and you want a quick snack be prepared to stand in a line for a hour x3 cashiers no 10 items or les every one is complaining in the line poor serviceSpoke to management they are on lone from another store not my problem "Make a plan guys come on be better"

I was at PNP Springsgate yesterday and only a few of the specials advertised on their PNP ASAP online store was available in store,very disappointed and the online ASAP store delivered to the wrong address twice the last month and it has been a nightmare to try and get my monies back which takes 5 to 10 DAYS to get eft'd back into my account. Do better PNP!

Lines! Lines and more lines... It can be the busiest time and they will have 4 tellers... Prices are sky high! Management is on the scrolling through the cellphone with employee while the line gets longer. Did I mention the long lines?

Do not waste your time at this pick n pay. The lines are long as only 2 tills are working and the staff are unfriendly beyond belief.
