I got the wrong parts for the car. I went back to exchange 'em. The transaction was super swift. The guy went an extra mile to make sure I got the right ones this time. It's all about the welcoming reception & the very professional service they deliver that makes them great.

Not the first time I had shocking service from this branch. Was told over the phone that brake pads were in stock and when I get there, a staff member says there is no stock. He then found out that another employee incorrectly informed me over the phone. So I asked him to please let me know when stock will be available (more than once), to which his response was constantly to ask the other employee because he gave me incorrect information so he needs to help me. I decided not to waste my time where no help was being provided and went to Supa Quick where my brake pads were bought and changed in the same time I waited at Goldwagen only to receive no help.Update: I received a heartfelt apology and a goodie bag for my bad experience. It was really refreshing to know that my dissatisfaction was taken to heart.
