They made fast work of my car, had a hiccup or 2 but they solved it quick. I would however like to have been more informed during the process. They are partnered with Automagic so was hoping to get progress SMSes but never got any. Overall they workmanship was good and the staff are friendly.

Their customer service is horrible. We took our car the in the beginning of June and we were promised to get it in 7working days. On the 7th day we were told they need few more day and it went on till today. We still don't have our car and when we call Bongi who is the person dealing with us has answers for everything. They are literally blaming us for not having a curtsey car when they are the ones who are in the wrong. I will never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Our insurance recommended Mustang to us and my husband took our Renault Triber there in September and in December they told my husband that the repair work was completed, but only to find that, they did not paint the left back door and also did not replace the radiator of which the insurance had approved. Our pink microfiber cloth and carpet brush was missing. You can rest assured that your car will have return there at least twice or even thrice before completing the repair work. Poor workmanship at it's best.

Bought a pre-loved vehicle from Cargo Motors and the vehicle was sent here for a service before I took delivery.A day after I collected the vehicle, the service due message popped up. I had to take the vehicle to them and they couldn't update the service and referred me to BMW to sort it out.A week later, my front brake replacement warning came on whilst on holiday.How do you service a car and NOT CHECK THE BRAKES?Makes me wonder if the car was ever serviced in the first place...The fault lies with Cargo Motors as well. They should not be outsourcing services.
