There are some friendly and helpful staff members but, as a business, the overall client expectation management is poor. There is no indication either online or signage on the door communicating that this branch is closed during loadshedding.

Had a good experience with receiving my international parcel to Swellendam post office. The staff answering the phone were quick to answer and very polite. Happy to deal with this branch any time!

I have had a few parcels sent to Swd but I must admit that even though I receive everything in perfect condition and on time, they are propably the rudest people I have ever come across! Not a friendly smile or a Hallo". Just a "Come I'll be with you now!" Sad that public service have gone to a place you dread to go!"
