Service is extremely slow, and prices have skyrocketed.The computer self-service is confusing, hence there always have to be many assistants on hand 3 at hand to assist everyone, therefore this defeats the purpose of self-service in the first place.The ice cream machine is problematic and hardly ever works, which is an infamous problem worldwide concerning MCDONALD'S. Also, the amount of ice cream in mac Flurry cup is hollow (poured in the outer circle leaving a center of the cup with a massive hollow gap of missing ice cream in the center of the cup, also the tiny Ethiopian style (ultra tiny thin) ice cream cones (rip-off DELUX), Not to mention that the cones x2 leave a chemical aftertaste (not sweet), sad.Burgers patties are DRY and TASTLESS.Mac Donalds in South Africa and Mac Donalds in America with their bottomless cooldrink/coffee offers are NOT the same, sadly so.

the service and atmosphere is excellent I only had a big problem when it came to my order for a milkshake I don't know what makes the McDonald's milkshake different but it's too sweet and I mean extremely sweet that I couldn't even sip it three times, what is so complicated in mixing ice cream and milk? i have bought milkshakes from other restaurants in the same week so i know the McDonald's one is unhealthily too sweet.

Their redeem section (for the McDonald's App) never works by the drive through.Often have to wait for food to be cooked.

The Big Mac Burgers were dry and burger patty's tasteless.For a newly renovated store very disappointing to say the least.Lady at thecoffee counter rude unhelpful and with bad attitude(chip on the shoulder) definitely lacked etiquette and manners.Sad experience.Will never recommend this Mac Donald's to anyone else.
