Refuses the allow me to inspect watches or have them authenticated. Due to the low prices he is offering them at, it is very fishy. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a Panerai for R108K from Swiss Luxe and dealt with Kalvin the owner of the business. Although the advert for the watch listed the inclusion of certification I felt that I needed reassurance and requested confirmation from Kalvin. He specifically assured me that certification is included. On delivery the certification did not accompany the watch. I have tried following up with Kalvin via email and whattsapp (he doesn't communicate via telephone calls) but total silence. Based on this gross misrepresentation and zero communication I wouldn't recommend Swiss Luxe if you are in the market for any timepiece.

100 percent scam in my opinion. When calling to confirm validity of the products I found out that the owner of this company uses a virtual office. Doesn’t return calls or emails and refuses to speak to clients.
