Spoke to an extremely rude lady this morning at the bloemfontein offices, that was not willing to assist me at all.She dropped the phone call in my ear while I was still talking.I phoned two times asking kindly for assistance.I presume with this company - customer service does not even feature.Do not call two times - this inconveniences them.First time that I am dealing with them. Will not recommend them to anyone.

They don't mind you standing in the warehouse and waiting for a package for over an hour. Very unprofessional and slow. The courier that is never on time.

Overnight package took almost 10 days to deliver! Rhenus logistics used these guys for their distribution. Apparently, RWS didn’t have the correct vehicle to deliver my parcel. I'm 900 meters away from their warehouse! Had to go there myself to pick it up, just to find that it was damaged beyond repair. The supplier instructed them to return it. Will not use any courier company that makes use of their distribution.

The entrance is located on the eastern side of the building. It has no signage, so you have to call them to gain access. Accoring to the staff, the board redirecting you have been stolen.Staff was friendly and booked my parcel to TNT Express without any challenges.

Save yourself time and frustration. I justgot threatened that my parcel from a publisher will be returned after I asked complaining about the time. Very rude service. The person I spoke to even boasted that they are the best courier and have survived covid and he was bragging that they have been on the business for over 10 years and if I'm complaining with their service they will return my parcel to the publisher.

Absolute poor services - country wide contract with Bex - but never had such poor service - will definitaly speak to our Head office to change courier service - Incompetent staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
