Bianca Cleaners are top notch. They cleaned my entire house top to bottom in 2 hours. They cleaned stuff that I didn't ever think to have cleaned, aircons, ceiling light covers, blinds, they even cleaned the grout between my tiles (I didn't know what the colour was anymore). They are very friendly, they were great with our dogs and even better around our sleeping 7-week old baby. Their pricing was an absolute bargain. I will definately recommend them to anyone.

Regarding False Claims of Bad Service. Being a long time customer of above mentioned company i do not believe the claim made in a previous review of staff mall treatment. Making such claims are irresponsible, as not only do they need to be substantiated but can also lead to the loss of jobs if the company suffers due to these claims. I would advice Bianca Cleaners to insist on substantiation of these claims. I have always found the cleaning experience, that can be intrusive, to be a done with respect and courtesy. I unconditionally recommend them to All.

Bjanca Cleaners owned by Alicia Prinsloo and run by her assistant Cleo has been one of my worst experiences since the death of my mother.On recommendation i hired them to clean a 3bedroom townhouse and clean one carpet.I still had boxes that needed to be removed in the garage and asked them not to go in there.I sat outside with my dog on the other side of the house fully trusting them.My cleaning lady was also there and i helped her and my gardner lioadthe things i have given her.I even went to buy them cooldrinks because it was so hot only for them to tell me they havenot finished and had to leave.No carpet cleaners in site.When i packed up my last things in the garage to my surptise found that boxes were opened and closed again removing almost anything in side. My bag with my uniforms( I work for British Airways) was also gone and so where they.I immediately contacted the assistant Chloe who first did not know who the owner is and then refused to give me her number.My staff had a lie detector test at the Estate which was humiliating as they passed with flying colours.I have now opened a case of theft against BIANCA CLEANERS OWNER ALICIA PRINSLOO at the Garsfontein Police Station.DO NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE USING THEM AS THEY ARE BEING PROTECTED BY THEIR EMPLOYERS.Melanie Pretorius

Carpets were not cleaned well at all, they were not hoovered before washing, or after, as there is still a lot of dirt/previous owners pets hair lying on top of the carpets.The carpets were also left very very wet, to the point where we cannot move anything back into the room still 1 week later, as it smells very damp, and the water that came off was brown and dirty and smelly.This is after specifically asking about drying time and weather to usNo confirmation email was sent to me after booking or after the cleaning, no quote was sent on email, despite asking.Final bill was messaged to my partners phone- no email, or way of me knowing what the details were of it.Overall poor service, and carpets still very dirty and smelly.Would not recommend.Thank you,kind Regards,

Best cleaners in Pretoria, if not South Africa. Thank you for doing such an amazing job. No other cleaning company comes close to the quality that Bianca Cleaners offer. Will only use them in all future jobs. I was initially recommended to use Bianca Cleaners by Realty1 as well as RE/MAX. If 2 big realty companies use Bianca Cleaners, then there is a reason!!
