the chicken and bacon was not cooked well done. there was feta added to my burger after I said not feta please. the chips is old.the pizza we order was not what we paid for there is hardly any meat on. our jalapeño pizze had zero jalapeños on even after we added exstra to our order.this was the biggest disappointment and waste of money i had to dealt with in a long time.

Been a year since I last ordered from this place (everyone deserves a second chance right?) But what an absolute disappointment once again...I ordered the following:Alla papa with no avoCarne with extra chilliesMexican (no add ons or removals)What I gotAlla papa WITH avoCarne WITH NO extra chilliesMexican WITH extra chilliesHow difficult can it be to read an order sent via the app? I reached out to the General Manager who asked what the issue was, I responded and have not heard a peep since...Funny thing I noticed when reading reviews is that they are quick to respond to positive reviews, but anything else just gets ignored.if you want service and what you actually ordered, then stay far away from this establishment, they have not managed to get their house in order after a year, doubt it will ever happen...REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO:Been a customer for many years, but lately business has been slipping. Purchases through app is not even adhered to.. not to even mention the substituting feta cheese with mushrooms scenario... attached photos shows exact opposite of what customer requested..

Delicious pizza! Staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are average to a bit above. They have gluten free, which is fantastic. Gluten free bases is an additional R25. Burgers are quite smallThe service is absolutely fantastic and the owner is very helpful! Unfortunately I do feel when eating at the restaurant itself, the service can be on the slower side

Top spot for the area and may be pricey but fab pizza base and correct cheese combo, manager owner feel in service was great for a take away spot..ting spot but the area don't allow more so a stand out for the area. Clean inside and out.

When your order via the app goes wrong... again!After a year we decided to give Del Forno Witpoortjie another chance...ORDER/EXPECTATIONS1. Standard Mexican2. Carne with extra fresh chillies3. Alla Pappa with no avo4. Cream soda 2lDELIVERY/REALITY1. Mexican with fresh chillies2. Carne without fresh chillies3. Alla Pappa with avo4. Coke less sugarThe order was placed via the app, so there is realy no reason for any confusion. Yet, here we are again, left disappointed.I don't like to leave bad reviews but when you spend almost R400 on an order you expect it to be correct when you receive it!REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO....2nd time in 2 weeks they messed up our order via the app... they don't even deserve 1 star. Owner phoned us after the first issue and advised that issue occured due to system failure. Someone also made the executive decision to replace feta with mushrooms (because they didn't have feta in stock) without confirming this with the client. Who does this? It doesn't even fall within the same food group!!! When they replaced the order it was burned and not to standard. Now.. 2 weeks later and they messed up again. They offered to replace the pizza... but once bitten twice shy. Should we order from them again? I don't think so. An apology doesn't suffice anymore.

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. We have been coming for years and this is just so disappointing. Waited over an hour for a pasta and pizza, such a rude waiter and then the pizza didn’t taste like the one we ordered and we got the wrong drink. Will not be coming here again.

Its been quite a while since last ordering from you guys.. the last time we phoned the order it took 2.5 hours the pizza was cold and smushed.... We said we wont order again... Today we order via the app... Once again going the order was delivery was late, 3 hours after the order was placed it was delivered. phoned three times to enquire was told I would be phoned back ... Because they wanted to find out where the driver was never got a call back. So eventually the pizza gets here and it looked like we got the left over ingredients... Almost no cheese on it about 4 of the 8 slices barely had incredients on it tasted like we had baked pizza base with a hint of ham... Very dissapointed...they did send a 1.5lt Coke as apology but... I won't order again. This was a sad experience very sad indeed

They always come through for me on those days when I am too tired to cook. Great variety of meals at affordable prices and they are always willing to substitute certain ingredients to accommodate my daughter who is a vegetarian.

Food was good, but we had very noisy patrons behind us with a very smelly hooka pipe. Nothing was done even after we complained, so we left. Won't be returning there anytime soon
