Rola Ford Caledon's service is exceptional! We were stuck in Caledon one afternoon en route to our beach cottage, with a Ford Eco Sport whose cylinder went. They helped us after hours and took us home (to Durbanville) in one of their vehicles. A special word of thanks to Vernon and Jacques - you really wowed us! I never knew such service existed!

We had the worst experience with this company, they sold us a messy car worth almost half a million. Wayne our sales agent just doesn’t know what his doing, we are still fixing their mistakes 5 months later.

Ford FX4 with less than 1500km on the clock broke down 8 times from Cape town to Uppington with a factory fault and now Ford dont want to know anything about taking the bakkie back. What kind of service is that?
