This facility offered my precious mum outstanding care in her final weeks of life after she suffered a devastating stroke. The entire staff, from the cleaners to the sisters, showed an outstanding level of kindness, care and compassion to our Mum. She was afforded a level of dignity that we would have wanted for her. Thank you to all at the Alexandra Park Frail Care unit for your superb care. You can be truly proud of the excellent care and kindness you offer. I am truly grateful for all that you did for my mum.

My 86 year old mother spent her final weeks here recently. The care delivered to my mother was personalised and of a high standard. She was treated with compassion, respect & her dignity was preserved throughout her stay. Our family were welcomed from the outset, kept informed & treated with kindness. The staff were authentic, cheerful & professional even at the end of long shifts.My own experience of Alexandra Park Frail Care has been overwhelmingly positive. I have no hesitation in posting this review & recommendation.
