So impressed with the service I get at ROOTS BARA MALL as an everyday customer from the TAVERN RESTAURANT in Maponya mall. The meat is always fresh, to name only a few: BEEF STEW, T. BONE AND CHICKEN. Keep it up guys!

They treat me like family, as though they're serving me alone. If I so have a problem and report it, it gets sorted immediately. The prices are good. They can only improve on the beef stew, sometimes it's more bones than meat.

Because it was the last day of the year, the day before a holiday, the line was really long to get into roots but it moved at a reasonable pace. The stock is neatly packed which therefore makes it easily accessible. There was no line at the tills which made the shopping really quick. The place is kept really clean regardless of how busy it was.
