Ordered 4 men's shirts 2 weeks ago was never contacted, went into store a Tuesday and the shirts where never ordered. They promised that they ordered other shirts and it would be here today, but on arrival it was not delivered and I still have no shirts. I mean that I am a loyal customers for more than 25 years and I feel the services is pathetic.

Long queues. Edgars makes it hard to close an account and then your account will incur the monthly fee they charge, and you'll end up in this never-ending loop of owing money for nothing. To close an account you are put on call to staff that's nearly impossible to hear. You also get no proof of your account being closed and this is incredibly sly od Edgars. So don't open an account with Edgars and avoid them! Companies like these keep people in debt and poor.

If I could submit a review without using a star I definitely would. Unlikely to ever lay my feet there again. Disgusted to see how Edgar's standards have dropped over the past two years.

Good day,Pawillion mall Kimberley very bad experience for the third time this year. It seems they don't want to help us.The custumer service number on my card does not exixts.The Manager also do nothing he believes the employee who laughs at me.The tills was not occupied for about 5 minutes. They leave an old lady for 10 minutes to print a slip, when she get upset the cashier who was supposed to help me go and print the slip, why can't Nono not print the slip.They block my account and I can't do any transaction, they have to unblocked my account because my cell number were not listed on my account.Why can't they retrieve an slip form your system????? A big company like Edgar's.I please want to close my account immediately.Kind regards

Shop is clean and does have some good specials now and than but their staff can be slow sometimes

Poor service on a Friday after 5 some tills sit and chat the sales ladies. Only 2tills open. Supervisor not in site ladies shout over clients for service. Bad service
