Washed my daughter's hair once instead of twice...didn't apply anything on her hair before blow drying.And then used a sheen spray before ironing with made her hair stiff and oily as if it wasn't even done in the first place all that for R200.price wasn't an issue the way the job was done was

The lady that cuts hair is a really good professional but the hair washing experience was quite painful, I could feel strands from my head being pulled out.

Worst experience ever , it was practically a nightmare. I returned home extremely upsetLiterally nothing was done on my hair and i was over charged , went for a hair do but was extremely disappointed. I wouldn't give any stars nor recommend.Awful experience.The hairstyle was done in 5 mins , a mirror was handed in my hand to see the mess that was made and a good amount of money was taken without any shame .Since i entered the salon there was no etiquette , the stylist herself was very unpleasant and kept asking personal questions, which i wasn't prepared to answer. By the time i got home the hairstyle had already fallen apart . Minimal teasing and minimal hair spray was used .Wouldn't ever recommend or go anywhere near the salon.Seriously worst service provider.
