The customer service is excellent ,staff is friendly .The room is very clean, grounds and surrounding area well looked after. Pool area ,lapa's and the braai areas are easy to access. The play ground for the children and the swimming pool is safe. The security system , surveillance camera runs 24/7. The restaurant and the ladies bar is out of this world , Good food , huge variety of wines and other refreshments. The restaurant can also prepare local traditional food when requested. It feels like your are a home
