This 1 star is for the guy who was very welcoming and informative at the gate, he then gave me a number for their offices in Durban, for such a big company you'd expect to at least deal with people who are more professional, but people these days just here you name and decide you're probably not even worth their time, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, he first dropped me with the phone. That's just no way of speaking to someone who's looking to give you business. RUDE RUDE

This branch in Cape town is terrible just too walk away from small as the controller told me to load at the when I ask someone to move who just came the same Controller is arogunt tell me if don't agree he send me too the back off the line or otherwise he don't load me

All considered it's not a bad depot but msc can get extremely busy which can cause ques to stretch for kilometers. 6m depot seems to be the most efficient but can also have long ques even on a good day. But msc is 9ne of the better depots to turn in an mt cont.
