Tim's team just completed a significant refurbishment of office space for us in Morningside. The project was delivered on time and exactly on budget. Even more impressive was the attention to detail throughout every stage of the process. Tim is a perfectionist - pure and simple - and exactly the sort of person you want to manage a project such as this. Our refurbishment included drywalling, partitioning, new flooring, furniture, sound proofing, air conditioning, decor, employee work areas, break areas, etc... We used our own IT vendor, but he also properly managed that process as well.Cannot recommend Tim and his firm highly enough. Provided exceptional quality and value for money.
