Something wasn't right with the cooldrinks. The apple juice was SO sweet, my wife had to ask them to water it down, the coke zero tasted off, like a chemical taste. Very friendly service from the gentleman though.

Stopped here for dessert, after having supper at Rivonia Junction. The service is good and the 'entertainment' also. The poor carguard, was having such a difficult time dealing with ignorant individuals, who were entering the parking through a No Entry point, one guy actually got out of his vehicle and want to get physical with the guard. From my uncomfortable seat on the wooden benches, the guard was doing an excellent job, keeping order outside, I hope you give him at least one free meal everyday.

I am changing my review as EVERY morning I buy a breakfast cheeseburger with egg and a chicken burger. Today the chicken was dry and had no spice / flavor. The biggest disappointment was that the cheeseburger had no beef patty. So angry and infuriated when I got home.Seriously if people are not interested in their jobs and want to play tricks and games with customers, then PLEASE PLEASE replace them and give them job to somebody more deserving.I mean we are paying for food which should be of a certain quality. Our support keeps your establishment open and these people employed. We're not asking for it for free.

I don't have issues with rivonia McDonald's, the workers are usually friendly and the food is actually well prepared, but I'd suggest that you'd prepare to wait relatively long at around 5-6 o clock as they're so busy with drive thru orders. Their deliveries are also super fast.

As a regular customer at this McDonalds restaurant, I have been very disappointed to note a significant decline in service levels at the drive-through over the last few month.From having no cupholders for an extended period (which is a big problem when you are buying drinks for the whole family and are alone in the car so have no way to safely hold the cups and drive at the same time) to really slow service. I noticed the server at the food window seems to be fulfilling both drive-through and delivery orders.This restaurant needs to reconsider its staffing levels because they are not coping at present. I wonder if it is under new management?

Came in for a big order today 08-12-2022 for my company and honestly the service here touched my heart . What an impeccable hands on manager and team . Big ups for the good service , it must never be left unsaid or even better may never go uncompensated !!!!!!! <3Wishing them a good festive season further :)
