Our two schnauzers stayed for 3 weeks. What a great establishment- home from home for our doggies. They were part of the home environment with the most amazing care and they loved every minute of it.Thank you Kerry and the team - never knew such an amazing facility was available which gave us true peace of mind.The small fee for their pamper in your parlour just made them look like a million dollars - we collected such happy and contended dogs.Our doggies will be back for sure!Very highly recommended!!

No other place I'd trust to keep our Bonbon in Durban! Kerry was amazing and sent us pics and updates regularly. We almost felt bad separating him from his new friends at the dog hotel. Amazing service and he came back to us clean and happy!

Left my baby Leo for 3 nights. On the day of dropping him off, i explained that he needed to take chronic medication for his allergies. We constantly messaged and requested atleast one picture of our boy but all messages were just blue ticked and not a single picture was received. All I was told was that he's settled in and that was just one message. When I went to collect him, he was in a cage which broke my heart because I didn't know what he was doing in there or for how long he was in there. Kerry is a friendly person but I honestly did expect more feedback as we trust them with our priceless fur babies.
