Aramex

Aramex are absolutely pathetic. Have been waiting for a delivery for 2 weeks now. They say that it's been in transit for the last 7 days and there were no concrete updates on how far the parcel is. Customers service is awful as well. Called them 9 times with no answer. Please do NOT use Aramex to courier your packages to your house, they are actually braindead and as close to useless as you'll ever see.

About as bad as it gets. Terrible customer service is one thing, when every single 'support' button on the website is broken as well, that's another. Who is in charge of this place? Who is running the website? Who signed off on any of this? It's about on the service level of a SOE.

There is no ways of getting hold of you guys after 4 x 10min phone calls I still don't know what is going on with my parcel that should have been delivered by 10am this morning really unhappy with the service level

Aramex is the worst ! Absolutely incompetent! This is really bad , they used to be so well put together. Right now it’s like some sort of mess. How does a parcel get lost within an origin facility! This doesn’t add up ! Not even on the road or at the drop box ! At the origin facility! They tell you they will call or send emails ! They don’t ‘ absolutely incompetence!

Worst service ever,I don't know why Shein keeps on sending my parcels with Aramex,there's always a delay and no communication. Really hate this

It seems to me that Aramex drivers are not provided with Google maps or equivalent in order to find residential addresses. R75 delivery for a tiny parcel does not make me feel generous when directing a driver manually over the phone because they are not given the resource to do their job properly. I do however sympathize with the drivers.

Delivered the wrong package. My shipping documents were placed in the wrong package so I got someone else parcel and they must have gotten mine. It's impossible to get hold of them to try correct this

Terrible customer service. They lost my parcel. It been over 2 weeks and no one even bothers to call with updates. I'd give them zero stars if it was possible.

Respectfully Aramex pulled through with this complaint and been happy using them. Will leave my experience here for reference.Thank you for attending to the matter, well done.No status update, disappointed in efficiency. Contacted to see where is my parcel and got no feedback even asked for a reference with email and didn't receive anything. Parcel is probably still in drop box and been left unattended for the long weekend.No customer support when calling nor email. Now who knows when I will getting my parcel when it specifically says will be delivered in 24-72 hours and now it's the 3rd and its still in the drop box.Very disappointed in how aramex is operating, you used to be so efficient and been using your service for years and now I'm regretting using you as this is the 3rd time this has happened now.

Very disrespectful, does not give the parcel at the correct time and takes forever to deliver. Dont even know why its still a company
