The quality of beds at FitForBed is deteriorating badly. I bought a bed 8 months ago, it is already sagging by about 2.5cm without any load. Fit for bed say it is normal for their bed quality and they only look at it if it sags by more than 4cm. So unless you have a spine that can can adapt to be misaligned by over 2cm, you rather stick to a reputable brand instead of Hotel Harris.

Great service and well priced items. 5 star hospitality at low prices.The rage of beds are great and they stock all the linen for them too.Everything is cotton percale and then they also have great designer linen from big international names like Linen House and Marie Claire.Headboards is many different colors and fabrics, wooden headboards and pedestals.You can even customize your base color and choose a leg to match your desired taste.A true one stop shop for all your bedding desires.

Been buying from the Umgeni Road branch for many years now and have always been suitably impressed by the quality and pricing of the products that they sell. Never looked seriously elsewhere else to compare because I was happy with both the product and the service, but I imagine they aren't exactly the cheapest in town however you are getting what you paid for. I have only had one major issue where a product (a fitted waterproof mattress protector) disintegrated the first time is was washed and they fight exactly Tasha it seriously, in fact they made it out to be all my fault.

About 5 years ago I purchased the top of the line Harris Hotel bed, pocket spring system. Since then I have had endless issues with the mattress sagging on the edges. When confronted, the salesman says the newer models don’t have this issue but they can repair. After numerous attempts, I manage to call in for repair, call out fee at my expense R500. After one month of the “repair” mattress has the same sagging issues. Endless back issues has forced me to buy another bed after less than 5 years. If you have 20k to blow go for it otherwise avoid.

Love it.. Their beds are worth the price. The most comfortable beds ever. I bought my grandmother the health one which one can operate with a remote, she's able to elevate her legs n upper body. I bought a double mattress and pillow from them... Very comfortable. Will definitely be going back. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates quality n a good night's rest.
