Our room at Sips (Extension) was spacious. We appreciated the reliable water supply :) Our bathroom light did fuse during our stay and we unfortunately had to endure this fused bulb for our last 3 nights. I would have appreciated warmer blankets on our bed as well given the cold nights we've been experiencing. We'll be back though.

The staff attitude is exceptional professional and friendly. The place is beautiful. Also checked out sips Mbotyi by the beach with breathtaking views.

Good reception, but NO ironing board in the room, we were served with sour milk for breakfast which was later changed when recognised that it was sour.

Service was not bad. My room however was not up to standard. People sat in front of my window till late night smoking and chatting. Toilet seat was broken.

The worst service I've experienced in a long while,no masks worn by staff (including those that cook in the kitchen),COVID-19 guidelines not followed or implemented, no COVID-19 screening done at all. Water get switched EVERY NIGHT from 21:00 to 06:00am (nobody informs you of that arrangement, you find when you need the toilet after midnight). I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my mother-in-law (if I had one). Lastly, don't bother requesting a breakfast pack because you will regret it

It is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. The stuff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The food is amazing, i highly recommend the place.

The place deserves 4 stars because of the staff. I stayed there for a good two weeks, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. However the rooms could do with some renovations and maintenance. For example there was no shower door in the room I stayed in, only the glass was left. Apart from the rooms issue it was a lovely stay.
