Earlier this month my son's phone was taken from him at gunpoint. We immediately blocked but had issues as it isn't a contract number and call centre said SIM swap was our only option. Email correspondence was fairly helpful, but unable to resolve issue. As it's a prepaid number we tried to complete a self service SIM swap. We then tried SIM swap via on site MTN branch. However, the thieves continued to use his number, which kept cancelling the SIM swap. After days of struggling to complete a sim swap, one of the consultants at Clearwater MTN branch recommended to go to 14th Ave for assistance. Luckily I had all my documents ready. The consultant at the 14th Ave office not only helped rectify the issue but made the experience pleasant by understanding the importance of retrieving the number. Service was good and I finaly got the equipment on back order.

Please can MTN sort the Me4U transfers, it was working fine last month but low and behold It doesn’t work in FebruaryI’m writing a review about due to the continuous historical bad services one get from the MTN customer services number I don’t bother to phone it any more.Secondly, I’m tired of going to stores and service centre to get help…Get with the 21st Century, you competitors will keep taking your business if your systems doesn’t work

Absolute best company!

I was greeted with smiles, made to feel welcome...directed to a Customer Care lady...Mpho.She could immediately assist..for once I felt like a treasured client, and after being with MTN since 1995...I'm happy to be a loyal client

The worst service I have ever experienced 45 minutes waiting and the same 2 customers are still not helped since I got in line with 9 customers ahead of me. Out of all the help desks only 2 ( champions ) to help customers. A waste of time to go there.

Stunning building exterior. Not Thee most helpful staff. Receptionist miserable and not really helpful

This company is completely useless. Have been billed & debited almost double my signed contract for several months now and no matter how many tickets and queries are opened and closed the same day with zero feedback. I'm still no closer to it being resolved, even after providing photographic evidence. They don't even deserve 1 star. Useless provided that breaches contractual agreements!!!

The 2 ladies that helped us were super friendly and very helpful
