Visiting my parents who moved here from Johannesburg, what an amazing Lifestyle Estate! Beautiful surroundings and of course the fantastic lowveld climate makes this place extra special.

Exquisite retirement village! I cannot sing its praises enough. BUT ... some of the rules and restrictions are not only ridiculous and cruel, but an abuse of my rights as a human being.

October 2020. Excellent security, friendly and professional. Place is well kept and serene. Beautiful grounds and facilities. Access and roads in very good condition.

The safest life style estate in nelspruit. Still going strong , still the safest estate , a few hiccups now and then.

A beautifull retirement resort with huge open free space away from the hustle an bustle of city life. It is peacefull and feels like a farm. Close to the botanical gardens, tourist attractions and the Kruger National Park is just 60 km away.Unfortunately the monthly levy of R 2, 400.00 is very expensive on a pensioners budget. The other monthly payments like, water R 600.00, electricity R 800.00 and rates and taxes R 1, 200.00 doesn't make life easier. There are a lot of rules that may make you feel like a inmate.You will pay approx R 2, 000, 000.00 for a stand and small house and R 3, 000, 000.00 for a slightly bigger house. You get very little choice wrt to building packages since some of the stands already have a set building package that forces you to buy what you can get and not what you really want. Worst of all after paying millions you have to pay extra for gutters that actually are essential.Further you also have very little choice wrt the colour of the paint, tiles, and the cupboards inside the house.With the current SA economy I don't think you are getting even close to value for money and in future you will most likely only be able to sell your house at a loss.

Place is always clean

Too many silly rules for residents to follow. I would not want to live there but we had a very enjoyable afternoon there. We had a fairly decent lunch at their dining room. We found that they run out of certain foods if you dont rush as soon as the servings start which is a pity.

Overpriced with a lot of hidden costs to buy a unit e.g. recommended a stupid plan on a 5 star plot .. Any Simple change price jumps from R2.7M to R5M... Disastrous!

Excellant retirement estate. Gardens very neat and loads of open space to take walks. Very safe. Various small dear and birds. Estate offers a restaurant, health care centre and soon a hobbyshop.
