The customer service is absolutely pathetic, I got sold Items that weren't in stock and also the couch that was delivered was completely defective. With almost no after sales service this is the absolutely worst experience I've had. You can expect better from a Telkom customer service center.Congratulations guys you've set a new low standard to customer service.My advice to everyone else is that you should take your hard earned money somewhere else.

I wish there was a function to have no star so I have to choose on. Painful experience, they delivered defective couches and when they were to swap the defective ones they brought ones in a worst state. It took some screaming and shouting at the shop to get my refund as all my e-mails were being ignored. terrible

Such poor customer serviceI’ve been waiting for a delivery which has been rescheduled three times now. And they only reschedule on the day. Every time I follow up all they say is “it’s our suppliers fault”. But they are confirming delivery dates, not the supplier!!!

5 Stars for the quick delivery and the friendly service from Richard & Meshack. They didn't only deliver the furniture. They knew their product. Well Done ESSOPS. Just make sure your customer service answers the phone or get back when calling. I did struggle for 3 hours on and off. The quick delivery did make up for the struggle to get hold of someone
