Friendly service from Reinhard and happy to answer my many questions. The finance department was also helpful and quick to reply. So far so good.

Love the product but the dealership just don't know that customer service is everything. Shocking and unacceptable treatment by every department including sales, after sales and servicing. Will certainly purchase another Suzuki, but not from this dealership.

Poor customer service!!! I took my Mazda car for 60000km service on 17/12/21. Firstly there was no update during the course of the day until I called them to check how far they were from finishing.Secondly; upon collecting my car I was told there were two parts they didn't have in stocks and that they would call me the following week for the fitment of those parts. It's now 2 weeks after and I have not received a single phone call, email or sms explaining when those parts will arrive. I've learnt after visiting the dealership today that those parts will be available on the last week of January.The lady at the reception desk was very unfriendly and annoyed at my dissatisfaction with their service. This is ridiculous, I'm never taking my car to these people again.

Friendly and helpful service. What I appreciated was a non pushy attitude so often found at dealers . I was given the information I asked for. Well done .

I had a nasty experience here. Drove into the workshop and encountered a traffic jam which staff did nothing to address. I went into reception and insisted that someone be sent to assist. Clearly this criticism was poorly received.Furthermore the parts manager, Mervyn, was unhelpful and unwilling to assist me.He blamed the building for the traffic jam, my service consultant for meddling in his department's affairs and the workshop's processes for why I could not be served.All I needed was 2 aircon knobs. I was not assisted.When I tried to complain to the Dealership Principal, no one answered the phone.I tried to make arrangements at Mekor Claremont and my calls to them were cut off.It is clear that my services and repairs will have to be done at a non-branded auto repair shop in future.I shall not be purchasing another Suzuki after this shocking treatment.
