I would not really paint the whole outlet service as poor, though failer of one unkind service consulted named Bheki Khumalo can make everyone looked bad and decide to take ur service elsewhere he was not helpful at all I made arrangements of a new tyre on a Friday, understood it was late my insurance had already knock off around that time however I called in on monday early before 9am to remind him he was rude on the call i end up driving to the outlet confronted him why are you rude if I'm asking for help he was not remorseful I end up leaving the outlet at 4pm!
