Not many staff to ask for help. Had to help my self

Walked in, over half a dozen staff around on the floor and quite a few mingling and chatting to themselves on the outside of the entrance.NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER, greeted or offered any assistance.Was in there about 15 minutes, picked up the shoe I wanted, tried it out and paid for it.Cashier asked who served me, and was quite surprised when I told her, no one did.Utterly poor service by this Branch.Head Office need to take some action, as you paying people to just stand around and talk amongst themselves.I will not be going to this Branch again.

Terrible customer service. First of all, nobody comes to assist you when you walk in. We were looking for school shoes, only to be told that they didn't have the size we needed in a particular brand, and sent us off to Gateway. Upon arrival we were told that they did not have stock after all but that Springfield in fact had the stock we were looking for. The Springfield staff had not looked properly and had sent us to Gateway for nothing! Total waste of time and petrol. Best of all, the manager was completely uninterested and clearly isn't training her staff properly in stock take and customer service.

Cashier was quite slow, inefficient and just doesn't cut it for me wrt customer relationship qualities

I would not recommend anyone purchase this brand from the Springfield value center outlet. My sincere reasoning is as follows , I've made an attempt to return a pair of shoes as the size was incorrect and the staff treated me extremely badly , unhelpful, unsympathetic to my situation as a valued paying customer. The staff has bad attitude , being unhelpful to help choose a correct size fit thus resulted in me brining the item back for an exchange not even a refund , now i regret purchasing from this outlet altogether. The staff seem to be miserable at work taking out their frustrations on innocent well paying customers such as myself.I dont think il purchase another pair of crocs after this.Just sharing my experiences to save the next individual from having my experience in the value center Crocs outlet.

Neat store ,needs more of a better range

The staff are helpful & friendly. The prices reasonable. Definitely recommend this store!

We wanted some Skechers. Take a look at the sign. R699. Nothing saying FROM R699. I think the consumer is entitled to assume that all the shoes under and around the sign would be R699. NOT! R849. Get your signage right. We walked out when the manager declined to offer the shoes at the marked price.

Most of the shoes I use for work.were sold out. Very small range of pier cardinBit comfortable footloose and hush puppies.

Congratulations on the Re-opening of a very smart store.It's spacious and all the items are easily accessible with wide aisles and a very good range of shoes.The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too.Parking is ample and safe.
