I absolutely love the service and friendliness The staff are all an absolute pleasure. Blessing is always smiling and Sam always helps me carry my baskets, a gentleman.

Expensive but worth the clean clothes. They got my stains out after me struggling for many many months.

Kept clean. One gripe though the machines are nor regularly fixed.

I got to experience the famous bad service from Blessing my clothes were in for a week no call nothing.i finally went to check on how far are they and I was convinced that they were done they forgot to send me an sms. Only to find that laundry was where I left 5 days ago. No apology nothing

Old washing machines, but was able to do some washing.

The place is very clean, the ladies is very friendly, The place is amazing to do laundry.

I had planned to give this establishment four stars because, while their service is not perfect, it is very good. For the most part, staff acknowledge you when you enter the shop and are mostly efficient and helpful when you are in their shop. They even SMS you when your laundry is ready for collection, which was a wonderful, refreshing surprise.Unfortunately, all of this experience was ruined when I opened the parcels of clothing at home to discover that most of the items that were supposed to have been ironed were very creased and some shirts had even been folded skew.I went from being a very happy customer who wanted to go back to someone who was deeply disappointed all in one day.
