Biddulphs International - Durban

My daughter recently moved from Durban to Cape Town. Biddulphs staff fetched stuff and packing staff were great, however, person quoting did not say they were not equipped to move piano. This resulted in us calling piano person at short notice. (Extra costs). While staff were trying to move piano , oregon pine floors were damaged. Co response: we will pay R1000.Damage: R14k. To crown it all, after contents being in storage for 3 months, 1 box had all contents totally shattered (def not a result of the packing) and a mirror never arrived in CT.I would not recommend Biddulphs. Eezy moves was used from storage to current location. That was an awesome experience

Biddulphs exceeded our expectations with their attention to customer service, communications, follow ups, and the care and respect the whole team displayed moving our belongings. It rained during loading and again during offloading at night two days and 1150 kilometers later. The team did everything in their power to protect and care for our belongings. Well done. A perfect move.

Well done Biddulphs on a very successful move. The full team from the office staff, packers, movers, driver and his assistant were at all times polite, helpful and responded immediately to our queries. Our furniture and effects were transported to our new home without incident. Thank you.

We had received professional and efficient service from the Biddulphs Durban team from the Administration to the Packers and the Removal Team.We had the packing team come in on the 8th February and the Removal team came on the 9th February 2023.Thank you to everyone for our successful move.

From the first conversation with Sunil, our move from Durban to Bloemfontein was made so easy by the team at Biddolphs. Everyone was so kind, helpful and patient. We have subsequently used Biddolphs to transport our furniture twice. Would definitely recommend them

All in all very happy with the service provided by Biddulphs. I moved from Durban to Cape Town using the Pinetown branch and although communication was slow at first, as soon as I started communicating directly with Sduduzo it went much quicker.On collection of furniture the guys were hardworking (in the boiling hot sun) and very professional, thoroughly wrapping my furniture to insure no damage.On delivery none of my furniture was lost or damaged. The move took exactly a week by shared load.I’m satisfied with the service provided by Biddulphs.

Good day guys & girls! We just want to give a shout out to Kesh Sheik & her team in Durban for assisting us with a stress free move from Durban to Melbourne! The whole process started last year end of May 2022. Our stuff was delivered yesterday at our new home in Point Cook, Melbourne with no damage or loss incurred. Thank you Kesh! I recently moved a consignment from the UK to Durban. Biddulphs handled the South African import and delivery from Durban port. On the import side, I found their communication to be clear and prompt and we had no issues. The delivery team was efficient and friendly. Communication from operations could have been better regarding the actual delivery time - I was given no prior ETA.
