I love the the amazing kitchen items yet disappointed to find out that Yuppiechef has a15yr bday wirh discounts online..however wen I purxhased for R1900 in-store I asked about discount and was told sorry no discounts..the salesman didnt even bother to tell me to go online for discounts..very upset

Really enjoyed shopping here, until the day we bought a defective piece of machinery.Bought the item in Jan 21 for wife’s b-day, broke after about 6 weeks. Took back to the store, who sent back to manuf, and toom almost two month to resolve. Received replacement, used for 1 week, and sent back again. Now been 2 weeks and Yuppiechef just pulls up their shoulders and blame delay on manuf.Their intentions might be good, but the process in handling defective products are questionable.

Ordered online after visiting the store. Process was quick and transparent and closed out within 2 days. All items were well packed and in immaculate condition. The cherry on top was a personal thank you note (card). World-class customer service. I hope MrPrice will not change it…

Bought a Wok , after 6 weeks the coating came off. Sent it back but they claimed it was abused....yes I had put a flame under it!Pathetic service ...6 weeks....really that's not quality product or service..

Was deeply disappointed in the service at this store and the way the employees treat their customers. My first instinct was to walk straight out of the beautiful store after being spoken to so rudely. The attitude of the staff made me ,as well as other customers , feel degraded.
