Thank you so much Joe for fixing our car’s engine! What a mission it was to start the new year in this way.Kia motors would have charged us triple the price. Joe doesn’t charge for inspection where Kia wanted to charge us R8K.This is a family run business but yet still responds quicker than a massive corporate like Kia.We love Joe and have used his services on all our cars ever since I can remember.

I have used Joe for a long time to service and repair my vehicles. Joe and Carol are pleasant people and it is an informal establishment. They are not necessarily cheap an Joe insists that you get what you pay for. He is very knowledgeable but I also know somebody who are not entirely satisfied with work he has done, not enough attention was given to detail. Well, it seems that you either hate them or love them. I keep on going back but, because I have become more cost sensitive, I am getting other qoutes.

Joe is not a bad mechanic by most measures but If you ever make the mistake of asking questions in keeping with professional transparency after he has worked on your vehicles... Expect incoherent huffing and puffing and other unprofessional conduct including but not limited to shouting, tantrums and physical aggression. After two episodes of verbal abuse , its clearly not annexception. The savagery certainly outweighs the quality of the labour. Unless you're a baboon who prefers chest thumping and grunting after paying thousands of rands to basically decent and clear communication, give this one a miss!

Unfortunately both occasions that I have been here have been a terrible experience for me. The owner is extremely rude and condescending about my problems. And he is not helpful at all. I regretted ever going to this auto shop.
