I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the BMW Constantia Parts division, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. Jody Wilkinson, the Parts Sales Executive, went above and beyond what I expected, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Firstly I would like a say a HUGE thank you for the amazing customer service from Ryan , Craig and the rest of the parts department at BMW constantia. I would highly recommend anyone & everyone I know to deal with them. They are always efficient and proactive and willing do go the extra mile. I always feel like you part of the bmw family when we do business. Prices are also cost effective. Thanks guys.

Big ups to Craig Johannes for excellent customer service. He is by far the most reliable person I ever dealt with at BMW Constantia. He is the person that you can contact even if the query is not parts related as he always go an extra mile.

Call staff were very friendly and coffee was amazing but car pick up was extremely slow and chaotic with errors in the final amount. After leaving my car over the weekend for a service on Friday and quick repair that was meant to be finished Monday morning, I was called to pick up my car at 4pm Monday just in case there was a delay. After arriving at 4pm, waiting for an hour before anybody was available to speak with me to take my payment, I watched my car be driven down twice in the time that I was waiting and then received an amount that was different to what was quoted. It was clear that nothing was ready. Then I was kept waiting for another 20 minutes while the amount was corrected. Definitely not the service I expect from a BMW dealership. I don’t mind waiting if my expectations are managed but this wasn’t handled well.

What an amazing service I got from BMW, parts can fast and on time. Extra provision was made with in a second. The agent that helped me was Craig Johnson. The best quality of service I have had in years.Weldone BMW Constantia

Worst service ever and unprofessional. Firstly they told me I had to replace 2 things but in the background they only quoted 1 thing to the Insurance and they told me that the insurance is not covering the 2nd part, why I do not know.Then I phoned my Insurance and ask why they not covering the second part and they told me they did not recieve a quote for 2 parts.Secondly on the day I assumed I was supposed to fetched my car I am told the lady dealing with my car Is no longer working there and no contact was made to me that there is now a different lady handling my car, until I called them for a update. Thirdly they told me my car is done and they fixed the one part that was fully covered and then I'm told I need to pay the same price of the quote that was given for 2 parts and that I can fetch my car but it's not cleanned. I am utterly disgusted with this place
