Zero would be a compliment. Why do I have to give my personal details for a cash sale of R100.Bloody rude....bet they lose a lot of sales...lost mine.

Beacon bay branch in East London never answers their phone and when u do phone they rude with you and very Un happy

Very professional and friendly. I was served within 5 minutes which in other Cash Crusaders you will never get such excellent services.

Cash Crusaders Beacon Bay today I had the worst service. A couple days ago I decided to upload pictures as they now do online stores, I had a baby car seat. After 4 days of waiting patiently I was finally made an offer of R200-R300 ( which I am now convinced is just a way to bait people in. ) I decide to put in some petrol and make way to the store.I get to the store and walk into the selling room. A couple workers but no other customers, I stand there put the item on the counter and a lady looks at it and I explain that I've already negotiated online. She then proceeded to help another customer for 15 minutes that walks in. And same with another customer that walks in the other worker helps. Eventually she comes back and says she is not going to offer R300. Goes to the manager and he says offer 100.The item was already made a low price as this was a decent item worth a chunk brand new. They waist my time and petrol which I value. Frustrated I walk out and take my item as they insulted me with that offer which was no where close to what we had already agreed to. I walk back in after a couple seconds of cooling down. And speak to the manager. The manager tries to explain the situation and I tell him that I have always been low blowed at this particular store. He claims I garrentee that we have the best offers." Which is way off

Good place to browse. Not enough 2nd hand bargains. Cash Crusaders is flooded with cheap foreign made products e.g. Sanchez guitars.

Good store overall with good service and a lot of stock

The best second hand shop where you can get antique goods, which means they are collectors choice

Disgusting customer service, don’t buy charging cables or any tech from this store, item faulty and lady at desk couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me. Completely ignored and turned to serve other customers. This was a Dixon own branded, new item. Will never shop here again.
