Absolute Rip Off...they charge R140 per kg.For this price they should deliver in 24 hours.Its gone 3 days and i was promised that my items would be ready by Day 3...still no word from them.Wish i had discovered CLEAN ON GRANT" before i took my laundry to Levingers."

Would not recommend. If your require an item for a particular day and they inform you it will be ready, don't be surprised if it is not - even if impressing upon them the importance of such.

Would give this place a zero but not an option. Refused to repair a shoe after damaging it. Would not advise anyone to bring their shoes here.Update - went to collect the shoes and to no surprises the glue did not work. Was advised to change the entire sole. When going to collect the shoe found it in a horrific state with glue coming out, marks all over the shoes, inner soles missing and shoes were fitting too tight.After contacting the complaints department it turns out it is the owner who then collected the shoes from my house and is now holding them random.The owner will not allow me to claim for the shoes as they feel they have been absolved of any wrong doing. Amazing story really.Nice place to bring your shoes if you never want to wear them again. Shocking workmanship and customer service.

Repair of a zipper carriage: dropped off Friday, promised Wednesday, not ready. Came back Friday, still not done, promised 30 minutes more then done. Came back after 1 hour, still busy. No concern.Forget the service. Rather go to the tailor around the corner.

I brought a top in on 5/4/23 to get seams mended on the side. I was told to fetch it on Tuesday 11:4/23. I was assured it would be ready When I arrived in the afternoon on Tuesday 11/4/23 nothing had been done and the man who was sewing told me he had been busy?He was aggressive and did not apologise for not doing the jobHe then proceeded to grab the top and start to sew haphazard at the seamI asked him to please give me back the top because I was not prepared for him to ruin itI took my top and left, but left my bag on the counter by mistakeWhen I walked into the shop he was slandering me to another customer who was in the shopIn addition a was charged for 2 items on my bill although I only brought in one topI would rate levingers Killarney mall 0

Good shoe repair work when they get the work done. But unreliable service as they carry no stock and struggle to get supplies - you also have to pay in advance before they buy what they need. Try elsewhere.

I took my dress for minor alterations and the work done by the tailor was so clumsy and below standard. I reported to management and unfortunately their response was far less than professional

Continuing saga, I had to get in touch with the management team, albeit that all operations managers were notified... the outcome is that there is no direct quote given on scrolls - it depends where on the Blazer it must be attached but anywhere between R65 and upwards of R150. The place I used subsequently (very professional and organise) quoted, and charged R40 -same work, same place. In my opinion poor workmanship that is highly overpriced, will not see me again my!my goodness, the shoddy work done of applying scrolls - meant it had to be done twice, in addition the cost - as I subsequently found was THREE times the price of another business we used. Highly unethical and unprofessional.
