Service is incredibly slow. Staff members are unhelpful, take way too long for simple tasks and the prescription counter is a nightmare.Do not shop here, chances are it will ruin your day for a bit.

Pharmacy service remains slow every time O come here. Not surprising that theu don't offer Covid-19 vaccinations anymore. No clinic nurse to administer flu shots neither.

Shocking service from the Blue Hills Clicks this morning! To process and capture my wife's vaccination shot, who happens to be 22 weeks pregnant, they made her wait an 1 hour in a queue behind people with no care at all. Really poor poor service & lack of empathy from a company that thrives on service!!

Service is usually great, friendly cashiers. Staff could improve on opening the shop at 8am as written on their door. Also update Google as it incorrectly indicates that they open at 9am.

I just came from clicks the pharmacy is very slow. I wanted medicine but they chose to help a customer even when. I was the first person at the counter and the pharmacy man didn't even tell me what was happening I am very disappointed and disgusted with blue hills clicks..They ruined my entire day cause I really wanted my medicines very asap but I ended up leaving because of the poor service

Was such a nice pharmacy when they opened, but my last four visits was just so unpleasant, almost as if the pharmacists hate being there. Last few times spent almost 30mins in the queue with at most three people in front of me. Hope they can start speeding up the dispensary again, no one wants to stand in line so long that your back start hurting...

Pharmacy has a section for prescriptions but when asked, I was told there's only one queue which is on the self med side. They must then change the signage so it does not show self med on one side and prescriptions on the other. There's adverts for express collections but not sure how that's possible when you're made to wait in one long queue under self meds. The ticketing system works very well - even the branch at the new Road bridge has it.

I should have trusted these reviews. I loaded a six months prescription on their system today and I’m just praying there’s a way I can reverse this and go somewhere else because WOW. I don’t even have words. I regret
