Tula@159 B&B

We stayed at Tula from 29th July 2022 until 31st. We stayed in Tula-for -longer. Unit no 4. I was disappointed. The unit smelled stuffy and dusty. Curtains were dirty, carpet in the room had dirt marks. The duvets on the bed were clean however they need to be replaced as they have seen better days, they are so washed out and thin. In my opinion that room needs a good clean and bit of an upgrade. I have to say Johan was friendly.

What an awesome place. A hidden gem. Service was great upon arrival. The gardens are beautiful and the place is well set up. The rooms were comfortably set up and just loved our stay. Left well rested.

Although the place is situated conveniently close to the N1 and service is friendly, the room was a disappointment. There is no aircon in a very hot Bloemfontein and there was spider webs in three places. Found 2 big spiders in our room. When in bathroom we can hear everything everyone say or does in other rooms. The interior decorating is good, but the cupboards and some furniture needs maintenance. Please replace your guest towels as it is not up to questhouse standards

Staff was friendly and the place was neat. We couldnt even play music. We had to take turns to be at the pool, couldn't chill more than 2 hours at the pool... the pool is small, its a baby pool other than that, i had a pleasant stay.

The room was excellent, everything was neat and tidy, the surroundings were clean. The staff was friendly. Good service. Will definitely recommend it.

Excellent hospitality, very comfortable and affordable accommodation in a quiet area in Bloem, apartments are very spacious and clean, suitable for a family of 4. Tranquil scenery with a pool. Definitely recommend this place

Basic overnight room was shocking. No warm welcome, only a lady asking for our a names and if we paid??? We where led to our unit, room was very small and not what was expected, the fridge and microwave cables next to the bed was a electrical shock waiting to happen. Both appliances where dirty and the kettle had a layer of dust and hair particles on it. The kettle has exposed wiring due to the angle of the cable hanging over the fridge. The bedside table had a used toothpick left for us to find. The front door needed muscle to even close and the security door was difficult to lock.The bedding smelled of urine and blankets and pillows too. I understand we paid for basic but cleanliness and hygiene should never be compromised. Will never book here again.

It's beautiful, the set up in the rooms is perfect. There are outdoor amenities.
