Poor service. They don't give you a receipt unless you ask for it.Always make sure to get your recipe especially when buying food as they tend to brush it. I bought 2 items and the lady didnt give me a receipt when I asked for it she said I must wait so that she can do another receipt for me since she combined my items with someone else's petrol. Be aware of this to avoid paying more than you should. It's not the 1st time this is happening.

Possibly the worst garage ever. Everytime I go to this garage there’s never anyone to fill petrol. I have to wait about 15 mins. Ridiculous

Petrol attendance phulani. Felt he was doing me a great favour by filling my car. Then got attitude when he had to check my tyres. Lots of bad reviews about service. Engen obviously doesn't give a damn.

Not enough attendants to match the available pumps to serve patrons. Always end up waiting 5-10 mins minimum to be served. The winner should really do something about hiring more staff. It's such a shame because this is right next to the mall and in such a prime location for business

The service at this garage is sometimes very bad. They seem to not employ enough attendants and one ends up waiting for many minutes. The if I wasn't on empty I would have driven away. This is a common occurance.

Horrible service was waiting there for 20min. without being helped at all. There was absolutely no one else to be helped and the Petrol attendant was talking and joking with his colleagues while looking at me, waiting to be helped. So I left (you can even go and watch the camaras) to go fual up at Shell just across the bridge who had wonderful service and friendly staff members. I will never go there again.

Terrible garage to fill fuel at. Most of the pumps are closed at night and there is only 1 attendant so you have to wait ages before being able to fill fuel. The pumps do not work during load shedding so you cannot fill up. Would avoid and visit another fuel station to save time!

The petrol attendant was super friendly and useful, checked everything and cleaned my windscreen without being asked
